If a customer fails to retrieve their belongings from their locker by the end of their booking period, the following process will apply:

  1. Empty Your Items at the End of Your Booking Time

    Please ensure that you empty your locker before the end of your locker rental booking or the extended usage charge will apply.

  2. Extended Usage Charge

    If a locker is not vacated by the deadline, LOKT will automatically charge the customer for the maximum rental time of that locker, calculated at the pro rata hourly rate for the specific locker compartment size.

  3. Final Access Deadline

    All lockers must be emptied by 10:00 AM on Monday, 16th June 2025. After this time, access to lockers will no longer be available.

  4. Item Collection & Return Attempt

    LOKT will remove any uncollected property from lockers after the festival and will make reasonable efforts to reunite items with their rightful owners. This may involve contacting the customer using the details provided at the time of booking.

  5. Postage & Handling Charges

    Customers wishing to have their items returned by post will be responsible for all postage and handling costs. These charges must be paid in full before items are dispatched.

  6. Unclaimed Property

    If we are unable to return the items—due to lack of response, incomplete contact details, or refusal to cover postage costs—LOKT reserves the right to responsibly dispose of any unclaimed property.
