DROPPING OFF A PARCEL

01 | KIOSK

Delivering the parcel…

Approach the kiosk and select the name or flat number of the person the parcel is for.

02 | SELECT SIZE

How big is the parcel?

Select a size option from the kiosk. This determines which compartment to designate.

03 | DELIVER PARCEL

Time to make the delivery…

Once a size is selected, a locker door will pop open. Place the parcel inside and close the door.

05 | NOTIFICATION

Delivery is complete!

A notification of delivery will be sent to the customer with a unique reference code.

COLLECTING A PARCEL

01 | KIOSK

Collecting the parcel…

Approach the kiosk and enter the unique reference code sent to you via SMS or email.

02 | COLLECT PARCEL

Your code worked…

Once the correct code is entered, the locker door will open and your parcel will be available to collect.
