If a customer fails to retrieve their belongings from their locker by the end of their booking period, the following process will apply:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Empty Your Items at the End of Your Booking Time<\/b><\/p>\n

    Please ensure that you empty your locker before the end of your locker rental booking or the extended usage charge will apply.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t

  2. Extended Usage Charge<\/b>\n

    \nIf a locker is not vacated by the deadline, LOKT will automatically charge the customer for the maximum rental time<\/b> of that locker, calculated at the pro rata hourly rate<\/b> for the specific locker compartment size<\/b>.<\/p><\/li>\n \t

  3. Final Access Deadline<\/b>\n

    \nAll lockers must be emptied by 10:00 AM on Monday, 16th June 2025<\/b>. After this time, access to lockers will no longer be available.<\/p><\/li>\n \t

  4. Item Collection & Return Attempt<\/b>\n

    LOKT will remove any uncollected property from lockers after the festival and will make reasonable efforts to reunite items with their rightful owners<\/b>. This may involve contacting the customer using the details provided at the time of booking.<\/p><\/li>\n \t

  5. Postage & Handling Charges<\/b>\n

    Customers wishing to have their items returned by post will be responsible for all postage and handling costs<\/b>. These charges must be paid in full before items are dispatched.<\/p><\/li>\n \t

  6. Unclaimed Property<\/b>\n

    If we are unable to return the items\u2014due to lack of response, incomplete contact details, or refusal to cover postage costs\u2014LOKT reserves the right to responsibly dispose of any unclaimed property<\/b>.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
